Things You Need to Know

ORDERS

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

By Sabrina Jade offers free U.S. Economy shipping on all orders. 

All shipments are sent from New York Monday - Friday. Please allow 2-5 business days to pack and process your order.


BY SABRINA JADE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

RETURNS

We understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return your item. By Sabrina Jade offers returns on all full priced merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note there is a restocking fee of $5 that will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to show on your original form of payment.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. By Sabrina Jade reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.  Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on.

FINAL SALE

All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.

ADJUSTMENTS
